6. Why Won't Joe Trust Patty?

Of course, Barry's not the only one keeping things from Patty. Really, why won't anyone tell the poor girl stuff? She's so happy and friendly why wouldn't you trust her? Or maybe it's because you can't trust someone who smiles that much. Whatever the reason, Joe doesn't feel like he can truly trust his partner either, despite the fact that what he's keeping from her relates to the metahuman task force they're supposed to be working on together. I'm sure Patty is proving to be a slightly divisive character, but for what it's worth I'm a big fan of hers, and really enjoy any scene she has with Barry or Joe (though let's be honest, Joe is the MVP of this show). If you can tell Linda Park the big secrets and let her into Team Flash, then surely you can do it with Patty? In this show - and the Arrow - keeping secrets, even if it's to protect someone, generally ends up backfiring.
