Harry Wells is still searching for his daughter, and now even has Joe and the CCPD on the case.

Jesse, though, is proving hard to find, but it begs the question of where exactly she is. The fact that Harry is so worried, and the show are making an issue of it, indicates that she isn't just off exploring Earth-1 as was her original plan.

Has something happened to her (again) - either when she arrived in Opal City, or before/after then? Will the result be how we get to Jesse Quick, however that will work?
