7. Why Did Barry Just Stand And Gloat?

Ugh, this was such a cliched error. As soon as Barry started talking to Zoom once he had him caught, rather than doing anything to actually lock him up properly or de-power him, it became apparent that there was going to be an escape.

I understand that they needed Zoom free because this is episode 18, not 22, but this still felt like a pretty dumb move, especially considering what happens later in the episode.

Couldn't he have done something to take his speed away here, or put him in a cell? Maybe he wasn't expecting that whole Speedster of Darkness turn, but still, come on Barry, you're better than this.
