One of the highlights of this episode was, as ever, Cisco. It's generally a tough call between Carlos Valdes, Jesse L. Martin, and Tom Cavanagh as to who is the MVP of any given episode, but Valdes probably sneaks it this week as he really sells the fear he has about becoming like his villainous doppelgänger. The Star Wars conversation could been ridiculous or completely forced, but with Valdes and Grant Gustin it was funny and natural.

He eventually manages to resist his fear of the Dark Side, and develops his powers to the extent where he can actually open breaches between dimensions, which is a pretty big step up from the vibes he's been having throughout the season. Now that he's at that point, how much further will they develop his powers?

In the comics he has the ability to create powerful shockwaves, and in some iterations can produce sonic waves that disrupt the Speed Force. That's some major power he's packing, and I wonder if he'll ever get to that level, or if they'll hold some stuff back so he doesn't become too strong.
