9. Is Jay Closer To Getting His Speed Back?

Finally, a look at Jay Garrick actually being the Flash. Not just wearing the suit, but he's got speed, and some pretty cool sonic-like powers we've not seen before, and...oh, wait, they're gone. It was fun while it lasted, and it was good to see Jay at last get to be the speedster he used to be, even if it was extremely brief. He received a boost from the Velocity formula, but again it doesn't fully work, meaning he's still ultimately powerless and dying. Still, while it was another setback, this was at least a step in the right direction. All along Jay's been talking of defeating Zoom to get his powers back, but here reveals it wasn't as a result of the villain he lost his speed. With progress on Velocity, is that the key to Jay becoming the Flash again, and is it going to happen soon? Please, happen soon...
