The Flash Season 2: 18 WTF Moments From 'Legends Of Today'

The immortal Vandal Savage arrives as we meet Hawkman and Hawkgirl, whilst team-up action a plenty adds to one of the very best episodes of The Flash ever!

The latest installment of The CW€™s Flash, titled Legends of Today, was one of the most enjoyable episodes of the hugely successful show to date as we saw the first part of a two-part crossover event with sister-show Arrow. When immortal, time-travelling uber-rogue Vandal Savage turns up to kill Kendra Saunders, the Scarlet Speedster and his crew head to Star City to seek the help of Team Arrow. As well as introducing fans to Savage, Legends of Today also heralds a further new arrival in the form of Hawkman, who is doing his best to bring the Hawkgirl out in Kendra. Elsewhere, Patty Spivot discovers Harrison Wells and promptly shoots him in the chest, whilst the tense relationship between Wells and Jay Garrick takes a further twist. The Flash near-enough always delivers a high quality episode, but Legends of Today felt like one of the very best. Full of action, team-ups, battles, and plenty of genuine laugh-out-loud moments, this latest outing for the Sultan of Speed was laced with a plethora of WTF moments, and here€™s the very best of them.

18. Zoom€™s Speed

So far this season, we€™ve seen Barry Allen left in the dust of The Flash€™s Season 2 €˜big bad€™ Zoom. In fact, the last time we saw the rogue, he left our Scarlet Speedster confined to a wheelchair thanks to a broken back. The first WTF of this latest Flash episode saw it revealed by Harrison Wells that Zoom can actually travel 3 or 4 times faster than Barry, hence why he can literally run circles around Central City€™s hero. The conundrum now is just how is Barry going to be able to get himself to be as fast as his greatest threat.
