The Flash Season 3: 10 Things You Need To Know About Kid Flash

2. Married Linda Park

The Flash Wally West Kid Flash
DC Comics

Whilst Iris West is always synonymous with Barry Allen, much the same can be said about Linda Park and Wally West.

Having stepped up from being Kid Flash to being simply The Flash, Wally’s love life also took an upturn. After initially being a bit of a lad about time, using his celebrity status to notch up enough conquests to make Bruce Wayne or Dick Grayson jealous, Barry finally decided to settle down.

Proposing to Linda, the pair got married and even got pregnant. Unfortunately for Wally, Hunter Zolomon’s Zoom turned up and actually caused Linda to lose the twins that she was carrying. Fast forward a little through a whole load of convoluted timey-wimey stuff, and Wally would make things all better by altering the past (that always ends well, right?), meaning the twins were actually fine and he became a father, with daughter Iris actually going on to become her own speedster under the Impulse mantle.

With Linda Park already having been introduced in The CW’s The Flash, could it be that a romance will be brewing between her and young Wally? She’s obviously a little older than he is, plus Wally would kind of be having Barry’s sloppy seconds, but stranger things have happened.

Just please, no travelling back in time from Wally to stop his wife from losing her twins after an attack by your arch-nemesis, yeah? Some things are just better left to the comic books.
