The Flash Season 6 Premiere: 9 Ups & 3 Downs From 'Into The Void'

7. The New Flash Suit

Last season's 'new and improved' Flash costume wasn't one of the Arrowverse's finest offerings. Sure, it looked all new and shiny at first but, after a couple of episodes with it, viewers began to realize that it was rather bland when compared to others and, without the chinstrap, the cowl looked like a helmet.

The new suit, however, is a different story altogether. Utilising the same bodysuit as the previous one, it literally gives life to the term 'new and improved' as the introduction of thin yellow accents certainly makes the all-red torso look a little more exciting, all while giving it a more comic-accurate appearance. The biggest improvement though is undoubtedly the new cowl - which bears similarities to the earlier leather suits Grant Gustin sported for the first four seasons and, most importantly, features a chinstrap.

The Flash looks like The Flash again - and that deserves to be celebrated.
