5. June Taking No Sh*t From Serena

Serena Waterford may have earned some sympathy from viewers when Fred beat her several episodes ago, but it's hard to forget that this situation is all of her own making.

After learning that June was not going into labour - despite the contractions - Serena decided that she's had enough of her handmaid. Because, you know, it's totally June's fault that the contractions were a false alarm. Although, it appears that Serena fully believes that it is her fault.

In spite of her mistress' abusive attitude, June wasn't taking any sh*t. Instead, she showered Serena snide comments - comments riddled with subtext - while maintaining a smug expression on her face.

Remember, Serena wants June gone after she gives birth, which hasn't gone down too well with the handmaid herself. It's looking like June is indulging in every opportunity she can to undermine her mistress.
