As said, you don't have to be a basketball fan to watch The Last Dance, however there is plenty in there to satisfy those who are. After all, Michael Jordan and the Bulls are simply legendary, and of course the documentary showed just how good they were.

Within the episodes, there is often a montage of either the Bulls in general, or Michael doing what Michael did on the court, to the background of 90's hip hop music. It's so much fun to just sit back and watch the best in world be the best in the world, and even those not well versed in the sport can appreciate the beauty of a Michael Jordan game winning jump shot.

Even before showing any behind the scenes footage of Michael's movie, these snippets of the documentary were very nostalgic, and felt very reminiscent of Space Jam. It's something that everyone can enjoy, and may even turn some who have never watched a basketball game onto the sport.
