The Mandalorian 2.5 Review - 7 Ups And 0 Downs From Chapter 13

6. Corvus Looks Incredible

The Mandalorian Chapter 13 Corvus
Lucasfilm

The Mandalorian has spent a lot of time skirting familiar territory when it comes to its planets, but Corvus was something altogether more different than what we've come to expect.

A ravaged forest world that looks like Macbeth's Birnam Wood with a Star Wars twist, Corvus is everything I want from a Star Wars locale. It's Dagobah-esque in terms of atmosphere, but beneath its desolate woods and misty air lies a certain tranquility; you get a real sense this was a place of beauty, at least before The Magistrate arrived and tore it apart.

Also, that shot of Ahsoka with The Child in the moonlight? Simply marvellous.
