The Mandalorian: 5 Burning Questions Season 2 Must Resolve

3. Will We See The Child’s Home Planet?

The Mandalorian's goal of returning The Child to his home planet is also a mystery in of itself considering how little we know about Yoda's homeworld to begin with.

Where Yoda and others of his species come from, or even what they're called, is unknown. In fact, George Lucas himself has said on record that Yoda was always a mystery. Even though he's one of the most beloved Star Wars characters of all time, the fact of the matter is that we never really learned much about Yoda personally.

That would make 'The Mandalorian' showing off The Child's home shocking if it does indeed happen in season two. It would be fans first chance to get to know Yoda's species, by hopefully learning what to call them and why they're so in tune with the force.

Of course, there's no guarantee that The Mandalorian ever reaches The Child's real home. After all, he doesn't have the faintest idea where it's at, or how to get there, not to mention the fact he has to fend off Moff Gideon and who knows who else.

Nevertheless, the mere prospect of learning more about The Child and his origins is a tantalizing prospect for any Star Wars fan.
