2. Have We Seen The Last Of Cara Dune And Greef Karga?
There certainly is a lot left unanswered about the characters we know will return in season two, but what about the one's who are far from guaranteed to be heard from again?
Viewers got to know Cara Dune, the former rebel shock trooper turned butt-kicking Baby Yoda protector, along with the morally questionable guild leader Greef Karga in season one. Both characters are practically begging to have more of their backstories told, especially considering how successfully their introduction to fans was. They were two of the most entertaining on-screen presences in the first season, with Dune being the perfect partner for The Mandalorian and Karga being an impeccable tone-setter for the show's western themes.
Dropping those great characters so suddenly by just leaving them on Nevarro would be disappointing to say the least, yet that's the only conclusion we're left with after the season finale.
Hopefully, either The Mandalorian finds himself in need of some friends once again in season two, or we get the spinoff series or book these characters deserve in the near future.
