The Mandalorian Season 2: 10 Biggest Moments And Reveals In "The Passenger"
9. Tracking Down More Mandalorians
While his team-up with Cobb Vanth proved to be a fun distraction, the Mandalorian is now once again embarking on that mission to track down his people and return The Child to its people (the Jedi). Forced to walk back to Mos Eisley, the heroic bounty hunter reunites with mechanic Peli Motto in the cantina and helps her win a high stakes card game.
In return for that, Motto has some information about where his quest can take him next. A nearby, unnamed planet is believed to have Mandalorians on it, and all Din Djarin needs to do is take a frog-like alien, and her spawn, there to be reunited with their family.
In return, she will point Din in the direction of the Mandalorians, and while he's sceptical, he doesn't really have much choice (especially after his visit to Tatooine resulted in little more than him retrieving a battered old set of armour which, fans know, once belonged to Boba Fett).
Two episodes in, and the bounty hunter is no closer to finding his or The Child's people, so this is clearly going to be another slow-burn season of storytelling.
