The Mandalorian Season 2: 10 Things That NEED To Happen

6. The Fate Of The Other Clones

With some few and far between exceptions, pretty much all of the clones who partook in the Clone Wars were put under the direct control of Palpatine when the war ended. But for most of them, even fan favorite clones introduced in the Clone Wars cartoon, that's the last we ever hear of them. We don't see Obi-Wan kill Commander Cody, and then we never see or hear out of him again. Kind of an anti-climax.

Sure it's easy to assume they were either killed by various rebel groups or just frozen out by more and more human recruits, but for such a huge plot point in the prequels and Dave Filoni's neck of the expanded universe, it would still have been nice to know what ultimately happened.

Even if it's just a throw away line or even a full episode's plot, The Mandalorian is the last place for quite a while where we're likely to get these answers, so hopefully Filoni will fill us in one last time as to what happened to Echo, Cody, The Bad Batch, and others.

Now granted, we ARE getting Temuera Morrison to play both Boba Fett AND Captain Rex (which means we'll get to see him put on a big bushy Santa beard for the latter role which I find hilarious) so there's a solid chance that we ARE gonna get these questions answered. But as much as I want those answers, there's something Mandalorian season 2 should not forget...
