The Mandalorian Season 3: Everything We Know So Far

6. It Will Release Later Than Previous Seasons

2020 was... a lot. The entire world, both in and out of the entertainment industry, are going to be reeling from this clusterf*ck conga-line of a year for a long time to come. So as you can imagine, even Disney and Lucasfilm had to delay and reschedule a ton of projects.

Which is probably for the best, seeing as we're looking at quite a few Star Wars shows coming down the pipeline, so it's better to spread out their releases. Which, of course, includes The Mandalorian.

While the previous two seasons released in October, season 3 will be releasing in December, and even then, it might just get delayed again if we don't get the 2020 stink off of us quick enough next year.

Now, this is in no way a bad thing, as like I said, not only does it give the other Star Wars shows set to premier time to breathe, it also keeps the people from working on The Mandalorian from getting sick. But it's definitely something we know is going to happen with this next season.
