9. Poured Coffee On Holly's Woody Doll
There are a lot of things that can bring out the worst in people, and jealousy is undoubtedly one. If even the most reasonable people can respond poorly to this emotion, then bet your bottom dollar Michael Scott's going to go overboard with it.
During the episode "Classy Christmas", Michael acted anything but classy, as his former fling Holly Flax returned to the office and brought the news that she was still dating A.J - much to Michael's dismay. In an immature response, he waited until he was alone and then took a Woody toy that A.J had bought for Holly, threw it in the trash and poured coffee on it.
Naturally, Holly was devastated by this, yet in response, when Michael admitted his crime, he ended up guilt-tripping her into feeling bad for him, as he was sad that she was willing to work long distance with A.J but not him.
Being heartbroken is always an awful thing to go through, but that gave Michael no right to act like such a jealous jerk. Even if he was sad, he shouldn't have sought to do something that he knew would hurt someone he cared for.
