The Office: 10 Worst Things Michael Scott Ever Did

This entry isn't focused on one specific moment, rather on the constant relationship between Michael Scott and Toby Flenderson.

There were loads of hilarious couplings in The Office, such as Dwight/Jim or Mindy/Ryan, but one of the best had to be these two. Michael's constant irritancy and lack of concern for Toby and Toby's reluctant involvement in Michael's life was a continual source of laughs. But when you step back and look at it, it was actually workplace harassment.

Here's a highlight reel of some of Michael's worst behaviour towards Toby: constantly belittling him, refusing to let him have a doughnut, pushing his lunch tray on the floor, mocking him in his leaving interview, his iconic "No!" reaction when Toby returned to the office and this horrifying quote...

"If I had a gun, with two bullets, and I was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and Toby, I would shoot Toby twice."

The irony comes from the fact that Toby was the Human Resources Representative, meaning that his job was to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Although, as he was constantly at odds with such issues, that might have been why Michael hated him so much.
