10. Frank's Severed Head-Grenade Combo (Episode 11, "Danger Close")

When the Anvil hit squad assaults the power station, Frank decides to have a little sick fun with his attackers. He manages to catch one of them unaware, stabbing them in the neck and decapitating them off-screen.

He then attaches a grenade to the poor sap's head and hurls it into a room where several of the soldiers are sweeping, giving them just enough time to process what the hell they're looking at before the grenade detonates, killing them all.

For everyone who has complained about this show being a little too sadistic at times, well, you're basically right. It's a scene both awesome and demented, such that you might be left a little conflicted on how to feel about it.
