The Simpsons: 10 Best Guest Stars Ever
4. Mick Jagger
In the 2002 episode "How I Spent My Strummer Vacation", Homer, after getting intoxicated, is secretly filmed on camera trashing his family before revealing his dream of becoming a rock star. Upon viewing the footage, rather than reacting angrily to Homer's confessions, wife Marge instead arranges for Homer to enlist in 'Rock 'n Roll Fantasy Camp', where he can live his dream of being a world-famous rocker.
There, Homer meets such stars as Elvis Costello, Mick Jagger, Lenny Kravitz, Tom Petty, Keith Richards and Brian Setzer, who give lessons on rock music. Homer loves the camp so much that he is crushed when he realises it only lasts for a week. To placate him, Mick Jagger offers Homer a chance to perform at a benefit gig, but, as it transpires, in the role of a humble roadie.
After telling all his friends that he'd be rocking out on stage, Homer is instead embarrassed when all that is required of him is to perform mic checks, but ends up singing a rock song and stealing the show. Infuriated, Jagger and co. chase Homer off stage with a fire-breathing devil's head. And yes, you read that right.
