Plot: When Springfield decides to legalize gambling Mr Burns opens his own casino with Homer working as a blackjack dealer. However, Marge develops a gambling addiction and Mr Burns goes all Howard Hughes alone in his ivory tower.

Couch Gag: The family sit on the couch but decay and turn to dust
Plot: After discovering a cryptic message in the paper Homer meets with his mother and trys to help her evade capture by the police who are still chasing her for destroying Mr Burns germ lab in the sixties.
Best Gag: Chief Wiggum talking to Officers Lou and Eddie ''Alright let's check it out. But if you're wrong, you and Lou have to kiss each other.'' ''Hey Chief, I checked with the union and you can only do that once...''

Couch Gag: The family are dressed as cowboys and the couch rides away like a horse
Plot: After Bart gets drunk on St. Patrick's day the town decides to impose prohibition, under the watchful eyes of law enforcer Rex Banner. Homer starts bootlegging alcohol and becomes the famed Beer Baron who evades Banner at every turn and he does it all with Marges consent who thinks its the smartest thing hes ever done!

Chalkboard Gag: I will not do the dirty bird
Plot: After being conned into buying new tires for his car Homer meets Wally Kogen, a travel agent. Wally offers his new friend a free bus ride to the Superbowl if he can help fill the bus. Persuading several of Springfields residents to come along they go the Superbowl and get arrested, escape with a little help from Dolly Parton, crash Rupert Murdoch's private box and end up speaking to President Clinton...as you do.
Best Gag: ''Dang! That was my last quarterback. Now what am i gonna do? (the coach looks into the crowd and see's Homer) You!'' ''Me?'' ''Yeah you!...get your hand off my wife's leg!''

The Last DonPlot: When Homer crashes a party for the retiring food critic (he can smell the cake and 'hear' pudding...) of a newspaper he is offered the job and becomes the premier critic in Springfield. After taking the advice of fellow critics he becomes overly cruel which upsets the restaurant owners of Springfield so much they decide to kill Homerby feeding him a poisoned chocolate éclair.
