2. Dawn
She killed Beth! Of all the heinous crimes committed in the Walking Dead, that was the worst.
Dawn arrived in series five, during an onslaught of chaos. There was so much going on and the hospital group didn't help the confusion. It was a strange set up, as the group were at the top of a high rise hospital, in the heart of the city. The operation was run by corrupt police officers, that would 'rescue' people from the streets. Sounds okay but there was a dark feel about the place.
As leader, Dawn was manipulative and a tad sadistic. She was power mad and would make others feel guilty for being under her care. Her treatment of Beth was diabolical, as she forced her to work and lashed out at her several times. It was often tough to watch, as Dawn let the male leaders do as they please, in a desperate attempt to prolong her crumbling empire.
Not surprisingly, her regime came to an abrupt end. Carol infiltrated the hospital and Beth was soon on her way to freedom. On the way out she took a stab at Dawn with a pair of scissors. The reactionary bullet left Beth dead and Dawn shortly followed.
