The Walking Dead: 10 Most Pointless Characters

Honestly, there's no debating that this is the most pointless group to appear on the show.

After separating from Heath on the bridge, Tara winds up at Oceanside, a community made up entirely of women. They lost all of their male members at the hands of Simon and the Saviors, to which Negan never actually forgave him for.

Cyndie, Natania, and Beatrice were the only real notable characters that were there, and none of them did anything to serve the story. They had their guns forcefully seized by the militia to fight the Saviors.

Natania's accidental death at the hands of Enid was intended to create some conflict between the groups, but nothing came of it. Beatrice fell in the Whisperer war by being caught out in a herd, and Cyndie has done literally nothing.

The idea of a female-only community was interesting, but the writers never gave it the time of day.
