The Walking Dead: 10 Reasons It's The Most Annoying Show On TV

3. Rick

Wd3 You know a show has a problem when its main character is one of the least interesting. Other shows have had similar issues with weak leads, but have balanced them out with strong supporting characters. I'm thinking of How I Met Your Mother, Lost and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. But other than Darryl, The Walking Dead is lacking in strong supporting characters and it's really becoming a point of annoyance. So instead, a large amount of The Walking Dead has been devoted to Rick's problems. His aforementioned moments of leadership have been overdone to the point where we don't care if he decides to become a farmer in the current episodes. And at this point, would the group really want him to be leader anyway? His indecisiveness would shock even Hamlet. He changes his mind from week to week, depending on his current arc. The finale of season two, where he takes command after the disaster at the farm, seemed like a new leaf for him. But instead, within a few episodes, he was back to being as hesitant as ever. Get a grip on yourself, Rick!
