Let's go down to the absolute basics here. The Walking Dead is a money-machine, raking in millions from all angles. From advertising alone the show was said to be generating around $11 million PER EPISODE, garnering a more than healthy $8 million profit for AMC. Now the show can really afford to go to town. Some scenes Season 1 and 2, including the CDC explosion could've looked far better had they not been restricted by the budget, but now there are no excuses for AMC to cut corners. When the Wolves arrive, it should and could be huge. This show is AMC's diamond, and you can be sure they'll spend all the money they can on trying to polish it up to perfection. When Scott Gimple says things are going to get very big, loud, and scary, fans have every reason to believe him. Prepare yourselves for what could be the best season so far of The Walking Dead.
