5. Michonne's Revenge
This point would only work if they did the previous point of Michonnes torture and rape at the hands of The Governor. And again this could be something that they don't do at all because it is pretty over the top and not something that they could probably show on TV anyway. So in the comics, after Michonne escapes with Rick and the others from Woodbury, she heads back to get her revenge on The Governor. She suprises him in his apartment gets in a fight with him and eventually knocks him out. When he wakes up she has tied him up and has nailed his man parts to a 2x4, she then proceeds to pull out some of his finger nails, use a powerdrill on his shoulder, cut off his arm with her katana and then cauterise the wound with a blowtorch to stop him bleeding out. And finally she uses a spoon that she had put in his place where the sun doesn't shine to take out his eye. Now reading back that description I know there is no way they will show even half of that, if they do decide to do it on the show. But again it's all in what they imply, maybe if Michonne describes it to him or shows him the tools and lets us imagine just what she is going to to him then that would be enough. At least he has already lost the eye though so they can leave out the spoon bit.
