7. Rick's Uniform
Sometimes the Easter Eggs are so vague it appears that they're only put in for the benefit of the show's production team. When he's handed his new uniform for his new role of Constable of Alexandria, it looks like your typical sort of enforcement uniform, unspectacular and emblazoned with official insignia. But according to the show's costume designer Eulyn Womble, the patch on his arm features a latin motto that roughly translated to We will rise again, which of course alludes to the chilling threat offered by the Governor. With Rick having to deal with a new power dynamic and a new role, this was clearly a nod to the fact that he has the potential to become the Governor himself.
