The Walking Dead: 50 Greatest Deaths So Far
50. Pete Dolgen
The Episode: Dead Weight
After dealing with Martinez, The Governor turned his sights on new leader Pete after he refused to raid the camp of another group of survivors.
Stabbed and strangled by The Governor for his perceived weakness as a potential long-term leader, Petes body was chained and thrown into a nearby lake, where his corpse reanimated, allowing The Governor to visit and watch as the new walker struggled to get to him from beneath the surface.
49. Jody
The Episode: Welcome to the Tombs
Like the majority of Woodbury citizens who The Governor had enlisted to assault the prison, Jody ran off upon realizing his survival was more important than dying for his leaders cause.
While in the woods, Jody came across Beth, Hershel, and Carl, who shot him without hesitation under the belief he wasnt going to commit to surrendering in order to allegedly prevent anyone else from dying by letting a stranger like Jody live.
