36. Andrea
Appearances: Season 1-3 (31 episodes).
One of the original Atlanta survivors, Andrea drew the ire of audiences from day one, in large part because of her tedious gun obsession and her overdrawn, heavy-handed feud with almost every member of the group.
Her clash with Dale in particular is sloppily executed, and her "I want a gun" schtick certainly gets old fast, but season three Andrea -- cut-off from the group and aligned with The Governor -- is actually a far better character.
Desperate to broker peace between Woodbury and the Prison, her moral confliction makes for compelling viewing, and her final atonement feels well-earned. It's just a shame it took the series so long to use her properly, or give her any genuine depth.
