The Walking Dead: Every Main Character Ranked Worst To Best

27. Tara Chambler (Alanna Masterson)

Walking Dead
Gene Page/AMC

When she turned up, Tara was instantly likeable. Her quirky humour and fist-bumping approach to making friends made her bond with Glenn a great aspect of the second half of Season 4, and watching her grow from casual, expendable member of the gang to a capable community leader was a satisfying to see.

Unfortunately, she often found herself in the background of the main plot, and when she did get a chance in the spotlight, the writers let her down with a weak episode.

Still, Tara is one of the show’s most endearing characters, and with her gone the show has become a little less bright.
