The Saviors were full of evil people so it can be quite difficult to whittle it down to just one. However, after careful consideration, the award for the worst Savior has to go to the sicko that is Simon.

The group was first introduced in season six and served as the number one antagonist for the next three seasons. The Saviors were led by the baseball bat-wielding super-villain Negan (more on him later) who, like most of the people on this show, was "just looking out for his people" and doing what was right for the community. Yeah yeah, we've heard it all before.

As you would expect, the Saviors had a variety of unsavory characters, but it was Simon who really stole the show. Simon was Negan's one time second in command and boy did he revel in the power.

The best thing about Simon was surprisingly his appearance. His receding hairline and handlebar mustache added to his menacing approach to life. He just looked like a bad guy, someone you wouldn't trust in real life, and someone you would cross the street to avoid. He had no qualms about killing people. In fact, he seemed to enjoy it, smirking his way through every kill and obviously loving every second.
