Here's the big one, and it's a huge death also in the fact that it seems highly likely to take place on our screens at some point, possibly soon. Negan is a major villain in The Walking Dead comic books; a brutal warrior and ruthless leader. And he also owns a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire with a name, Lucille. Negan captures Rick's group and outlines plans to kill one of them as retribution for them killing members of his own group. Glenn is selected. The first of Negan's swings crushes Glenn's skull and pops an eyeball out, though it is not fatal. He manages to utter the word 'Maggie' before a second hit essentially smashes his entire skull. Negan continues to dismember Glenn with the bat beyond recognition in what is a contender for the most horrifying death in the entirety of The Walking Dead. It's tragic, and with Negan sure to make it to the series soon enough, Glenn's death would be an immensely powerful, staggeringly savage way to stamp his mark on the series.
