3. Beta
More unhinged than ever, Beta (Ryan Hurst) may prove to be a bigger adversary than Alpha ever was. The main antagonist of the final episode, Beta is going in strong to make sure he kills as many of his enemies as he can.
He may be hallucinating and wearing half of Alpha's face, but he's still a major threat whose very presence is going to lead some pretty big deaths.
Last season, he went head to head with Daryl and was outsmarted at the last second, and though he's proven to have a deep hatred for Negan - deeper still since he killed Alpha - it would be great to see Daryl get a chance to finish the big guy off once and for all.
In the comics, it is Aaron who finally kills Beta, shooting him in the chest as he's about to kill Jesus. Whilst the show has given no indication of an Aaron/Beta meet-up, it could still happen: Aaron is separated from the main group, and if Beta realises his plan has failed and attempts to flee, Aaron could cross his path and finish him off.
