Strengths and Weaknesses: Placing Beth is a tough one because she has all the skills you'd want to negotiate the world of Game Of Thrones - except that all important mental stability. After her suicide scare in Season 2, she picked up the pieces and became a central member of her Walking Dead clan, no pushover when it came to zombie stand-offs and offering important musical interludes to keep up morale. In the end though her mental fragility got her killed. What would happen? Kids do seem to have a knack of surviving in Game Of Thrones - even the annoying ones - but Beth is just too prone to the odd mental collapse, however justified they might be. On another day Beth could have been Sansa 2.0, ostensibly naive but possessing an intuition for doing the right thing at the right time. Certainly she was no fool, and her ability to carry on after her father died was admirable. However a cool head is need to properly negotiate the shores of Westeros and Beth just doesn't have what it takes.
