2. Maggie

Maggie is a sleeping giant. She's been involved for a long while now, but her diplomatic prowess hasn't properly been tapped into yet. She's the middle-ground balanced leadership option between Rick and Deanna. She's got a cool head and reasonable, caring attitude, but she understands that tough choices need to be made, and she's certainly had to make them in the past. I feel like Deanna's an expendable character and if she goes, Maggie needs to step up and become a serious player. There are plenty of solid female characters in the group, but it would be great to see Maggie elevated to the top. Again, it all comes down to whether the writers give her a prominent storyline from the word GO! in Season 6.
