The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 2 Got Right
6. Carnage
The following carnage was brilliantly showcased. The Premiere had been very structured, organised and regimental, all good things for a chaotic show, but Episode 2 saw those early themes explode. The episode felt messy and disjointed, but that's completely intentional, mirroring the mayhem on-screen. You've got random characters being axed down on the pavement without even learning anything about them. You've also got the mystery of the horn revealed to be the crashed truck, and the noise it makes is brutally loud. It's just a horn, but there's something incredibly sinister about it knowing the damage it has caused to the masterplan taking place in the distance.
