The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Things Episode 2 Got Right

5. Blood

This is a bit of a side point from the previous page, but did anybody else think the blood in Episode 2 was particularly well-used? I know that sounds like a total psycho thing to say, but The Walking Dead team are going all out with the effects to make things as horrifying as possible. You've got people lying motionless in the streets as white picket fences, porch steps, and spotless walls drip with pools of the red stuff. Most of the actual butchering actual takes place off-screen, with the creators keen to focus on the aftermath as opposed to just countless innocent lives ending. The overload of blood worked.
