The Walking Dead Season 6: 7 Characters We Want To See More Of

4. Aaron

When first introduced, Aaron had the opportunity to be a key character on The Walking Dead. He was at the very least an extremely interesting one, especially with the way he won over the trust of Rick's group. Then there was the fact that he was (at least at the time) the first and only openly gay character on the show, and in the graphic novels as well. Until the fifth episode of the season, however, he had sort of faded into the background. In Now, Aaron stepped up and headed out (or attempted to) to search for Glenn with Maggie, even giving her a way out of the compound. However, he wound up injured, nearly killed, and there's a genuine concern that he'll either be zombie food shortly, or sink back into the background of the series. That would be a shame. Aaron has a chance to be an integral part of the show, and Rick's group, having shown a strong moral compass, leadership skills, and excellent survival instincts.
