Don't read this and immediately jump to the conclusion that I dislike Carl, like so many fans of the show already do. I'm in the probable minority who can stomach Carl on the screen, after all, he's a kid thrown into a new world full of death rather than opportunity. And he had Lori as a mother; feel sympathy, not anger. The reason why Carl should die next is that he's the next level up on the Rick meltdown scale. The show's leading man has soared to new heights in terms of mentally imploding, and the last straw would be the death of either of his children. It's unlikely Carl will be gone in Season 6, but his death would certainly shake up the whole series.
