The beginning of Maggie's pain in the penultimate episode sent a shock of fear down the collective spine of the fanbase. Things weren't looking great for her, but now the situation is even more bleak.
Lauren Cohan needs to take full praise for her performance in the finale. Maggie looked to be in an awful, awful state when Negan's crew hauled her off the stretcher. It can only lead to enormous questions for the fate of the baby.
Maggie has the stature of a character who's death would make a phenomenal impact on the show, but it seems like she could cause a more dramatic storyline by staying alive. The question is: will Maggie and her baby survive the illness she's suffering from?
