Got Wrong...

4. The Subplots Didn't Really Work

As mentioned, I'm really glad The Walking Dead attempted to intercut storylines here, after weeks of sticking to one location. Just, well, couldn't they have picked some better storylines to do it with?

Maybe that's wanting to have my cake and eat it, but the show does have stories it could've cut in here: Maggie and Sasha at Hilltop (not seen since episode 5), Carol, Morgan, and Ezekiel at the Kingdom (not seen since episode 2!), or just choosing a couple of those from this episode and focusing in on them as B and C plots.

Instead, we get a little bit of Rick and Aaron that doesn't get a chance to amount to anything, Rosita being a dick to Eugene, and Spencer being a dick in general - with a couple of very small bones thrown to Daryl, Sherry, and Dwight as well.
