The Walking Dead Season 7: 9 Major Predictions
5. Much More Jesus
One of the best parts of Season 6 was the introduction of Paul Rovia, better known as Jesus.
Portrayed by Tom Payne, he was a breath of fresh air; a lighter character than Rick and his long-time survivors, and inherently more interesting than anyone we've met from Alexandria.
As capable of being charming as he is kicking-ass, he soon earned the respect of Rick's group and the love of the fans (that he was a fan-favourite from the comics also helped), but there wasn't really enough of him.
He arrived late anyway, and as the storyline progressed towards the meeting with Negan it became harder to fit him in. That should be different this time around. Hilltop doesn't work without Jesus, so he'll be a part of any plot concerning that community.
And, with Rick needing some reinforcements, Jesus is going to become one of his most important allies outside of Alexandira, meaning we should get to see a lot more of him this year.
