The Walking Dead Season 7: 9 Major Predictions

4. Maggie Becomes A Leader

The Walking Dead Predictions
AMC

Although she's been around since Season 2, Maggie has been a little underserved by the show. While her relationship with Glenn is great, outside of that she hasn't been given too much to do. Heck, she even forget she had a sister for half a year.

So it was good to see Maggie step-up a bit last year when the group went to Hilltop, taking on more of a leadership role and dealing with Gregory on behalf of Alexandria.

It's definitely a path they seem likely to continue down, especially if Glenn dies. Rather than breaking her, the loss of Glenn will only spur her on to become stronger. With Rick likely to be left broken for a few episodes at least, look to Maggie to start stepping up and working to ensure Glenn's death wasn't for nothing.

As for whether she has the baby or not, that's another matter entirely, and one I keep flip-flopping on. Would they really kill Glenn and the child? But then, would they have another baby on the show when they've already got Judith? Babies don't make for good viewing. Baseball bat to the head, I'd say she has the child, but there's a good chance things will become even more miserable for the character.
