The Walking Dead Season 7: 9 Things That Will (Probably) Happen Next

7. Gregory Will Be Killed

Ezekiel will probably be reasoned round by a combination of Richard, Benjamin, and (eventually) Morgan, in either their words or one of their untimely deaths (at least one of Richard and Benjamin is nailed on to die, if not both). Tara will eventually reveal the presence of Oceanside to the others.

Gregory, however, is a stubborn bastard. He may be craven, but he's also not going to give in to the demands of Rick, Jesus et al when the threat of what Negan might do to him looms large.

As the ostensible leader of the Hilltop Colony, he'll do everything in his power to keep his people from joining the fight. Which means that he needs to lose power, and the easiest way for that to happen is for him to die.

He's been shown as a cowardly individual, and in conflict more with the heroes than villains. We saw how well that ended for Spencer, and a similar fate is likely to befall Gregory.
