The Walking Dead Season 7: Ranking Every Major Character From Worst To Best

16. Eugene

Despite being one of the people closest to Abraham, Eugene didn't have an awful lot to do in the aftermath of his death. It wasn't until towards the end of the first half of Season 7 that the mulleted marvel got to do anything of note. First he was forced by Rosita into making a bullet, and then when she missed (somehow), he was taken prisoner.

Since then he's allowed his cowardly nature to exhibit itself by siding with the Saviours in a bid to survive, even going as far as becoming 'Negan' himself. That in itself is an interesting idea, even if it hasn't always made for good television, mostly because I don't think Eugene is that great to watch.

The final pair of episodes went some way to showing his rationale behind his decision, but Eugene is still a bit of a dick, and another character who isn't as interesting on-screen as he really needs to be for his billing.
