As per usual, San Diego Comic-Con was packed full of trailers and reveals to get excited about. Marvel brought a shiny new trailer for Thor: Ragnarok, an awesome Infinity War poster, and some great Captain Marvel concept art. DC, not to be outdone, gave us a great new look at Justice League, and that's just the stuff that was made available outside of Hall H.

There were some equally big reveals on the TV side of things, from Stranger Things to Westworld, and one of the major panels was The Walking Dead. It's a perennial favourite at SDCC, and once again they delivered.

The panel started on a sombre note, with a touching tribute paid to stuntman John Bernecker, who tragically died while filming for Season 8. After that, talk did turn to the upcoming season itself, with a new trailer containing lots of teases for the All Out War storyline, which we can expect to see play out in at least the first half of the season.

After Season 7 came in for a lot of criticism, and lost a fairly high number of viewers, Season 8 needs to come out of the gates swinging. And, based on the trailer and the panel itself, that's exactly what we're going to get.
