1. The Walking Dead Is Exciting Again

Fans of The Walking Dead have really been put through the ringer the past few years, what with the mind-numbingly slow story progression and the monosyllabic dialogue. If you're one of the few that managed to stick with the show then you certainly deserve to be applauded, and it's looking like your commitment might've been worth it in the end. For the first time since mid-season four, dare it be said, The Walking Dead is actually pretty good.

There's a lot of great storylines running concurrently at the moment. The conflict between Rick and Maggie has been brewing for quite some time, and now it's set to blow in over the course of the next few episodes. We also have the Oceanside dwellers' refusal to live side-by-side with the Saviors, which will undoubtedly lead to even more tension in the large group. With Lincoln and Cohan's exits looming, and The Whisperers on their way, The Walking Dead is finally on the rise. There's still life in this decaying show after all.
