8. Toothpick Man

Appeared In: Season 9. Last Seen: In Alvin Kersh's office in the Season 9 finale, having managed to sidestep Gibson Praise's accurate revelation that he was, in fact, a super-soldier. Why He Should Return: The tenth season essentially did away with the super-soldier storyline, but considering where he left off - suspiciously in the office of Kersh, who wasn't exactly present in said scene - a bit of closure on him would be satisfying, chiefly if Kersh were to return as well. The super-soldier stuff may not have been everyone's cup of tea, but the plot line and the Toothpick Man are a dangling thread that could easily be tied up in a bit of dialogue. Considering how good actor Alan Dale is at playing an antagonist, it wouldn't hurt to see him worked back into the mythology somehow.
