Appears In Syzygy 1996 The rural town of Caryl County gets a rude awakening after Satanists are blamed for a string of curious deaths. A fresh-faced Ryan Reynolds plays the role of a classic high school jock, Jay Boom DeBoom, whose best friend is one of the unfortunate victims. After delivering an inspiring eulogy, in which he suggests the Satanists can be beaten by kicking their butt, Reynolds ignores every piece of advice in the horror movie rule book by agreeing to have sex with two girls so they are no longer virgins. Satanists love virgins. Naturally, young Reynolds becomes the next victim and its at this point that agents Mulder and Scully are called in to investigate, just in time to see his coffin burst into flames at the funeral.
