7. Seth Green (Season 1, Episode 2: Deep Throat)

On The X-Files: Originally airing on September 17, 1993, Deep Throat sees the newly partnered Mulder and Scully investigating a possible conspiracy involving the United States Air Force and extraterrestrial technology. Seth Green plays Emil, a stoner teenager who claims witness to UFO activity around an Idaho airbase. Most Memorable Moment: Emil uses a hamburger as a flying saucer as he tells the agents about his UFO experiences. How Seth Green Made It Big: In the years since his X-Files appearance, Seth Green has been a busy man. His big breaks on large and small screen came in 1997, with his roles as Scott Evil in Austin Powers: International Man Of Mystery and Oz on Buffy The Vampire Slayer. Perhaps now best known as the voice of Chris on Family Guy, Green is also the creator and executive producer of Robot Chicken, a stop motion cult comedy series on Adult Swim.
